Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their client's team fully onsite the northeast Atlanta area.

Pay Rate: $80,000-$95,000 based on experience

Location: ONSITE in the northeast Atlanta area

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality sales talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
  • Lead by example as a senior member of the recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to junior recruiters.
  • Share recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
  • Help develop team capabilities and contribute to ongoing recruiter training and professional growth.
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative functions.
  • Assist with employee offboarding processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.
  • Support policy communication and employee understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and HR recordkeeping requirements.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, programs, and company culture activities.
  • Support HR programs related to onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Partner with leadership and employees to deliver a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Strong background in recruiting for sales roles (BDM, regional manager, district managers, etc).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
